Quality is embedded into every stage of our operations — from planning and design through to installation, inspection, handover and dismantling.
We recognise that quality directly impacts safety, programme performance, reputation and client confidence. Our objective is to deliver compliant, well-constructed scaffolding systems that perform exactly as intended, every time.
Quality Objectives
Our quality objectives are to:
- Deliver scaffolding systems that comply with statutory requirements, British Standards, TG20 guidance and client specifications.
- Achieve right-first-time installation to minimise rework, delays and site disruption.
- Maintain consistently high workmanship standards across all projects.
- Ensure clear communication, accurate documentation and controlled handover processes.
- Continually improve processes, competence and performance.
- Maintain strong client satisfaction and repeat business.
Compliance and Standards
We operate in accordance with applicable legislation, approved codes of practice and recognised industry standards, including but not limited to:
- Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974
- Work at Height Regulations
- Construction (Design and Management) Regulations
- NASC TG20 guidance
- SG4 safe working practices
- Client-specific specifications and site rules
All scaffolding designs, calculations, method statements and inspections are completed by competent persons and retained in accordance with statutory requirements.
Planning and Delivery
Quality is controlled through structured planning and execution processes:
- Site surveys and access assessments prior to installation.
- Design compliance checks for non-standard structures.
- Approved method statements and risk assessments issued before work begins.
- Use of certified materials and inspected equipment only.
- Controlled erection, alteration and dismantling procedures.
- Formal handover and tagging processes.
Inspection and Assurance
We maintain a robust inspection and verification regime:
- Pre-use inspections of equipment and materials.
- Statutory scaffold inspections by competent persons.

Competence and Training
We ensure that all personnel are competent to perform their duties:
- All scaffolders hold appropriate CISRS certification.

- Refresher training is provided where required.
Supply Chain Control
